This is a different kind of loaf and has a smooth texture.Ingredients | Luxury Pasta1 cup margarine1 cup white sugar5 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon grated orange zest¼ cup orange juice2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, grated⅓ cup chopped walnutsDirectionsPreheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, orange rind and juice.In another bowl, put flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Stir in grated chocolate and nuts. Pour into first bowl. Stir all together until moistened. Spoon into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.Bake in 325 degree F (165 degree C) oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
