This is a great adult version of an old classic! The Creme de Menthe turns the cookies a pleasing shade of green too!Ingredients | Creme Egg Chocolate Cake1 cup butter, softened1 cup brown sugar¾ cup white sugar2 eggs2 tablespoons creme de menthe liqueur3 cups all-purpose flour¾ teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon salt3 cups mint chocolate chipsDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, then stir in the creme de menthe liqueur. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the mint mixture. Mix in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Cookies should be at least 2 inches apart.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
