It's fast and easy.Ingredients | Fried Rice And Noodles Recipe1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 red onions, minced3 green chile peppers, sliced3 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon crushed ginger1 tablespoon light soy sauce1 tablespoon ground white pepper, or to tastesalt to taste7 ounces fresh prawns1 squid, cleaned and sliced into rings, or more to taste4 ounces fresh spinach, finely chopped1 carrot, sliced18 ounces fresh rice noodles, rinsed and drainedDirectionsHeat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, green chile peppers, garlic, and ginger; cook and stir until golden, about 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, white pepper, and salt; cook for 1 minute.Stir prawns and squid into the wok; cook and stir until prawns turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes. Add spinach and carrot; cook until spinach is wilted, 2 to 3 minutes.
