  • 4 apples, sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable, plus
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable**
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable, plus
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable**
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • Directions

  • Assemble all ingredients; Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Place apples in a large bowl; sprinkle with water, Truvia® natural sweetener, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
  • Spray 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place apple mixture in dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine oats, Truvia® natural sweetener, second flour and cinnamon, melted butter, brown sugar and salt; stir to form crumbly mixture.
  • Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes until apples are tender.
  • Optional:
  • Pairs well when served with light vanilla ice cream.
