I was looking for an Asian tofu marinade on this site and couldn't find one that I had all the ingredients for on hand. So, I took a few ingredients from each recipe I found and came up with my own. It's delish! Hope you enjoy it.Ingredients | Tofu Sate1 (16 ounce) package extra-firm tofu½ cup soy sauce2 tablespoons honey4 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon white vinegar1 tablespoon water1 green onion, diced1 teaspoon fish sauce (Optional)1 teaspoon red pepper flakes½ teaspoon ground black pepperDirectionsWrap tofu in paper towels to remove moisture.Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, water, green onion, fish sauce, red pepper flakes, and black pepper together in a bowl to form the marinade.Cut tofu into 1/2-inch slices.
